RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALMAA S.A.S (KLOSÉT Store) offers its Clients the possibility of making changes and returns of the purchase during the first 5 business days after the product is delivered.
The process to request a return or exchange is as follows:
- Send an email within 5 business days after receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return and if you require the same product, a different one. Note: it is important to be very specific about the reasons for return.
- After the mail is reviewed by ALMAA S.A.S (KLOSÉT Store), the client will receive an email with a reverse logistics guide.
- If the Customer requests a return of the garment for exchange for the same product, but for a different size from the one originally purchased, a change of color or print different from the one initially chosen, the customer will assume the cost of shipping the product to be returned and the new shipment of the product for which it is exchanged.
- If the customer makes a return because the product arrives imperfect or dirty, ALMAA SAS (KLOSÉT Store) will assume the costs of returning and shipping the new product so that the customer wants to change it, and will send a reverse logistics guide for the customer Take the product to the address indicated to be picked up. Once the imperfect product is received by ALMAA S.A.S (KLOSÉT Store), the latter will send the new exchange product.
- The customer has 3 days after receiving the reverse logistics guide to take the product to the address indicated by ALMAA S.A.S (KLOSÉT Store).
- To change a product it must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels, and with a copy of the original invoice.
- When the product is received, the supplier performs quality control that takes approximately 3 business days. When the product status is determined and the change is authorized, we will proceed with the option chosen by the client.
EXCEPTIONS: Products subject to special discounts and / or promotions will have no change.
NOTE: ALMAA S.A.S (KLOSÉT Store) will NOT refund money only changes will be made in size, color, for a different product or for a voucher.
Once a purchase has been processed through the payment platform of www.shopkloset.com, the order can NOT be canceled. The product will be sent to the customer according to the information provided, and only a subsequent change can be processed according to the aforementioned conditions.
If the Client receives a product with different characteristics from that described on the page at the time of purchase, the procedure to request the product change is as follows:
- Within 3 days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos showing the wrong product and send them to the email email@example.com with the order number.
- Once it is verified that the product if it arrived in error, a collection guide will be sent to the client and ALMAA SAS (KLOSÉT Store) is in charge of collecting the product in the same place where it was delivered and once the erroneous product is collected, it will be sent the right product.
The cancellation of a purchase is only made if the supplier is unable to send the product to the Customer due to lack of inventory and / or other reason of force majeure. In case this happens, the client will be notified and the money will be returned. Money back times vary depending on the payment method used.
The Client can choose between the following refund methods:
- Bonus: the bonds are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase. The delivery time for this refund is 5 business days.
- Bank Consignment: The account holder must be the same one who made the purchase at www.shopkloset.com The refund will be made in 5 business days.
