Terms and Conditions: The Klosét goes home service has a cost of $ 50,000 COP, which includes round-trip shipping, which will only be charged if the customer does NOT purchase any shipped product. The client must make a selection of what he wants to receive as a loan and must make a deposit of 100% of the value of the garments he wants to receive at the door of his house. Once the selection has been made, the client will be made a referral (which will be the same service number) that will reach your email of the parts that you will receive as a loan, will make a bank transfer or deposit for the total value (100%). You will be sent a FedEx delivery guide for the parts to be received, you will have 2 business days to notify, through our help chat for this service or via email, specifying the service number, the items you will return. We will proceed to send you a new FedEx guide for picking up the box with the items to return. These must be packed as received, with the same protection, in the same packaging (box or bag) from FedEx, paste the respective guide and in perfect condition. The client will have a maximum time of 12 hours to leave the package ready at the collection point. Once Klosét receives the box with the returns and verifies, within a maximum period of 2 business days, that the garments received in return are in perfect condition, with the original labels, completely clean, unused, the return will be made of the respective money to the returned garments. The refund of the money will be made exclusively to the bank account from which the original transfer or consignment was received (exclusively in the name of the registered customer) within a maximum period of 2 business days. If the client decides NOT to purchase any product, all the money from the deposit will be returned except the value of the service ($ 50,000 COP). The service will be free from purchases equal to or greater than $ 400,000. If the client decides to keep some products that add a lower value, they must pay the value of the products + the value of the service ($ 50,000 COP). This service does not apply to Underwear, Swimwear, accessories, shoes or jewelry. It will be exclusive for clothing.
