KLOSÉT STORE ships nationally (Colombia) and internationally (Worldwide) through DHL and FedEx providers.
Delivery times
Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of payment. The delivery time of our products is:

• In Colombia: approximately 3 to 6 business days for major cities and 5 business days or more for other destinations nationwide.
• International: Depending on the destination, you will receive a confirmation with shipping times and a purchase tracking code.

These times are met in the event that there are no causes beyond the control of KLOSÉT STORE that could delay delivery, such as any event of fortuitous event or force majeure. Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule. Product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the transporter’s guide will suffice. Cost of delivery

• For shipments in CALI shipping will be FREE for purchases equal to or greater than $ 300,000. For purchases less than this amount, shipping in the city of CALI will cost $ 7,000. It is important to correctly enter the postal code when filling out the shipping form for this to apply.
• For shipments in COLOMBIA (excluding Cali) for any purchase equal to or greater than COP $ 900,000 (nine hundred thousand Colombian pesos) the shipment is completely FREE; for purchases whose amount is less than COP $ 900,000 (nine hundred thousand Colombian pesos) the value of the shipment will be COP $ 12,000 (twelve thousand Colombian pesos), for major cities in Colombia, other cities, the value will be $ 20,000 (twenty thousand Colombian pesos) .
• For shipments to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for any purchase equal to or greater than USD $ 450 (four hundred and fifty US dollars) the shipment is completely FREE; For purchases whose amount is less than USD $ 450 (four hundred and fifty US dollars) the value of the shipment will be USD $ 20 (twenty American dollars).
